Lifestyle Fitness -  Dover, DE

Skorpa Design Studio worked with the design-build contractor CMSI to design a new, fitness center for the employees of Bayhealth in Dover .  

The new fitness center occupies +/- 10,000 square feet of an old furniture store.  We completely gutted and renovated the space.  Facilities include:

 - Cardio and Free Weight areas
 - Small group exercise classrooms
 - Dance Studio with specialized floor
 - Locker rooms

This project was completed and opened its doors to clients in 2009.
